Job Summary:

In this role, you will interact with customers, oversee operational requirements of our Beame facility, handle inventory, and enhance the customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • You will utilize intraoral 3D scans for evaluations by Licensed Dental Professionals.
  • You will manage all operational aspects, including inventory, customer guidance, and collaborating with the Sales Operations Manager.
  • You will strategize with the Sales Operations Manager to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
  • You will represent Beame professionally, foster relationships with partners, and address potential conflicts or concerns.
  • You will provide information about our products and assist customers throughout their smile enhancement journey.
  • You will deliver a premium customer experience, adhering to our high standard of service.
  • You will operate the site with excellence, ensuring all tasks support a top-tier customer experience.
  • You will independently manage the site with dedication and pride, reflecting the Beame Smile ethos in a shared workspace.
  • You will establish authentic connections with customers, keeping them engaged and excited about their new smile.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in retail or dental clinic settings.
  • You should be confident in presenting our product and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • You must be passionate about the transformative power of smile aesthetics.
  • You should be friendly and professional with an engaging and enthusiastic personality.
  • You should be self-motivated and independent, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and work autonomously.
  • You should have an innovative mindset, focused on continually seeking ways to enhance both operational processes and the customer experience.

Estimated Salary: AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per year (dependent on experience)
