Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Height Safety Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing accounts, bringing on new business, and providing technical guidance to clients. Your expertise in height safety and sales will enable you to offer a complete end-to-end solution to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts and bring on new business to drive revenue growth
  • Liaise with the sales team, estimators, and project management team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Estimate, quote, and plan projects to meet client needs and company objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase company market share
  • Arrange and organize labor and site materials to support project delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in height safety and sales within the construction industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of height safety installations and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
