We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Professional to join our team at North West Private Hospital.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating financial reporting and analysis
- Managing financial and tax compliance activities
- Processing high-volume accounting transactions
- Providing cost centre reports to managers
- Oversight of daily cash reporting
- Assisting with contract coordination
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications in Financial or Management Accounting disciplines
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in an accounting role
- CA / CPA qualifications or working towards
- Experience dealing with financial reporting, financial systems, and maintenance of the General Ledger
- Demonstrated understanding of accounting issues and duties
- Ability to set standards, targets, and objectives, and then coordinate work plans to ensure success in meeting same
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft products, and advanced skills in Excel
- Experience in either healthcare or hospitality industry and using SAP system software is highly regarded
