Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Retail Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail section. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

About the Role:

  • To manage the Retail section, including training staff, scheduling and overseeing daily operations;
  • To ensure customers' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner;
  • To manage inventory and maintain high stock levels and competitive pricing;
  • To develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability;
  • To work closely with the Pharmacist Manager to provide a seamless and integrated experience for customers;
  • To maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the Retail section;

Requirements:

  • Previous Retail management experience (essential), preferably in a Pharmacy or healthcare setting;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Sound knowledge of POS systems, stock control, cash handling, security and store presentation;
  • A clear understanding of staff rostering requirements;
  • Building relationships with suppliers;
  • Providing support and guidance to your team, being involved in mentoring and development opportunities.
