Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the delivery of support services to students, teachers, parents, and other school clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to identify issues that prevent students achieving success, and develop strategies and programs to support them.

They will also have a well-developed knowledge of vocational and assistance programs available to students and be able to plan strategically, manage complex events, and balance competing demands.

This role is responsible for ensuring all external providers deliver the required service, organizing and managing student career plans, and working with the school administration to ensure each student has an individual pathway supported by learning plans across the school from years 7-12.

The successful candidate will participate in pathways parent/teacher interviews, implement and supervise work placements and industry partnerships, liaise with the Headstart Coordinator, and support School Based Apprenticeships, work experience, and SWL.

In addition, they will oversee VET enrolments, planning of VET elements within senior course pathways, school-based VET administration, and liaise with the VASS coordinator to ensure results are entered onto VASS. They will also support the interviews for prospective Vocational Major students and assist Administration with Census data and destinations data entries.
