This role offers a unique opportunity to work as a Physiotherapist in a supportive team environment. You will be responsible for providing focused centre-based services and some home-based services for older clients accessing services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) or Home Care Package (HCP).

Requirements- Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Experience working in the Community Aged Care or community sectors (desirable)
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year-old clientele
- The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
- Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
