About the Job

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our team. As a Trainee Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our children, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, and contributing to the overall success of our centre.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and staff
  • Complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Actively contributing to the education program and centre activities
  • Supporting a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Appropriate Australian work rights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
