Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

A dynamic and passionate early childhood educator is required to provide high-quality educational programs for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a preschool program based on the Early Years Learning Framework, including play-based learning and intentional teaching.
  • Build positive relationships with students and families from diverse backgrounds through excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a whole school team, including specialist school-based staff and external agencies, to design, implement, and evaluate effective programs transitions for students into primary school.
  • Embed cultural responsiveness into the preschool program.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including Early Childhood Education and Care National Law & Regulations and National Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated capacity to plan and implement a preschool program based on the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a whole school team.

We are seeking an experienced educator who can deliver high-quality educational outcomes for our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a preschool program that meets the needs of our diverse student body.
