About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the position of Shift Supervisor. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and safe operations within our restaurant.

You will be responsible for leading and supervising shifts, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, providing training and coaching to team members, supporting sales growth through exceptional service, and executing the National Marketing Plan to enhance customer experience.
