Premium Venue Manager Role

At a leading hospitality group, we seek an experienced venue manager to lead a high-performing team and drive the success of our premium destination venue.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all operational activities, including day-to-day management of the bar, restaurant, bookings, events, and activations.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies, managing costs of goods and services while driving revenue growth.
  • Lead a large team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintain attention to detail.
  • Motivate and develop existing staff, focusing on training, succession planning, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Bring passion and energy to this role, with a strong focus on delivering results.
