We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic care professional to join our team at a leading aged care facility.

The Opportunity

As a dedicated carer, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by providing person-centred care duties.

You will be responsible for facilitating health and wellbeing options for individuals, their families, and carers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality care duties that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Assisting with medication management and wound dressing (if competent)
  • Supporting daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Working with residents to continue doing the things they love and enjoy

We offer comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards)
  • Able to provide a wide range of person-centred care duties
  • Desire to empower residents to maintain their independence and autonomy
  • Compassionate care skills with a focus on dignity and respect
  • Experience in Aged Care desirable but not essential
  • Team player with high motivation and a passion for delivering exceptional care
  • Availability to work various shifts across different days
