Warehouse Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Mackay, QLD. In this diverse role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching customer orders.

No two days will be the same in this dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a close-knit team. Your duties will include:

  • Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Receiving, labeling, and storing incoming goods with meticulous attention to detail
  • Conducting, sorting, loading, and unloading vehicles safely and effectively
  • Maintaining shelving and ensuring adequate stock levels are displayed at all times
  • Operating forklifts within the warehouse as required

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We offer flexible afternoon shifts ranging from 11am to 9pm on weekdays.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in warehousing or related industries with a strong focus on receiving, pick, pack, and dispatch processes
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving
  • A valid forklift license and/or experience with high-reach equipment is an advantage
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with RF handsets is desirable
