Sales & Administration Support - IT Hardware

The Business:
This IT hardware and services business collaborates with major technology vendors to deliver solutions to top-tier organisations across various industry sectors, including financial services, government agencies, and healthcare. With a strong focus on partnerships and a supportive culture, they offer a unique opportunity for an administration professional to join their team in a sales administration role due to business growth.
The Role:
Working closely with the Sales Manager and a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering critical customer support, including preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and updating customer information using the CRM. You will also communicate with customers via inbound calls and emails, ensuring a high degree of service is delivered.
Experience:
To be considered for this role, you will have either customer service, inside sales, or data entry experience. Your attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, and work towards tight timeframes and deadlines will be highly valued. You will place importance on delivering a first-class customer experience every time. Experience within the defence sector is also desirable.
