About the Role:

You will work closely with our sales teams to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and customer engagement. This includes designing and maintaining store layouts, managing product displays, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand business objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Maintain high-quality store environments, including visual displays, fixtures, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels and product information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and colleagues alike.

Requirements:

  • While certification in visual merchandising or previous retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
