Senior Test Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team. This role plays a critical part in implementing, operating, managing, and maintaining testing tools, technologies, processes, policies, and procedures required for verification and validation of ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop acceptance criteria related to functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, features, user stories, and business rules.
  • Design, specify, and execute test cases and scenarios to ensure that systems, products, and services meet the acceptance criteria and deliver predicted business benefits.
  • Collaborate with project colleagues and stakeholders involved in analysis, development, and operation of products, systems, or services to ensure accuracy and comprehensive test coverage.
  • Provide advice and guidance on adoption of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards.
  • Evaluate design options and prototypes to obtain user feedback on requirements of developing systems, products, services, or devices.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years' experience developing, delivering, managing, and operating testing solutions for complex projects.
  • Strong skills in documentation and record keeping.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience working within complex project environments.
