Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at our beautiful store located in Byron Bay.

As the most senior member of the team, your role will be to partner closely with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team to deliver expert home styling advice and drive outstanding store sales.

  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment is essential, as well as a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations.
  • A desire to be part of a high-performance culture and achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPIs is also required.
