**Job Title:** Compassionate Care Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Compassionate Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-home care services to elderly clients, fostering independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer medications with accuracy and responsibility, ensuring client safety and well-being.
  2. Assist clients with essential personal hygiene activities, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and dignity are upheld.
  3. Deliver customized, person-centered care that reflects each client's individual needs, preferences, and routines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Care Worker or equivalent.
  2. Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
  3. A compassionate and professional attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional care.
  4. Driver's licence and vehicle.
  5. National police check.
  6. First aid & CPR.
  7. Blue Card.
