Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Child Development Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational management for the unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to support the growth and well-being of children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and coordinated care
- Promote a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional development
- Represent the unit at internal and external stakeholder meetings
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel effectively
- Clinical work as appropriate
