**End of Lease Cleaning Opportunity**

 

We are seeking a diligent individual to join our cleaning team as an End of Lease Cleaner. As an End of Lease Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that properties are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for handover to new tenants or owners.

 

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all aspects of their work.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with homeowners to discuss their expectations and preferences.

- Respond to homeowners' inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

- Inform homeowners of any accidents that may occur during cleaning.

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks, as well as kitchen fixtures.

- Perform spot cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping.

- Clean windows.

 

Requirements:

- Proven house cleaning experience.

- Ability to follow instructions.

- Stand for long periods of time.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Punctual and reliable.

- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques.
