Residential Life Program Manager
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional resident experience for our talented and diverse student cohort.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and Support Residential Life Program: You will be responsible for providing leadership and support in the management and development of our Residential Life and Wellbeing Program.
- Recruit and Train Teams: You will recruit, train and manage the Residential Advisor teams to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent support to residents.
- Establish Relationships: You will establish and maintain constructive working relationships with key stakeholders, including university departments, staff, residents, suppliers, contractors and associated organisations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, budgeting, planning and implementation. They will also possess excellent pastoral care skills, with the ability to provide support in challenging situations.
This is a unique opportunity to bring your flair for creative ideas and strategies to a role that oversees our Residential Life and Wellbeing Program. You will have the opportunity to develop and organise a holistic calendar of events for residents, enriching their educational, cultural and social experience.
