Alumni Relations and Engagement Specialist

The Alumni Relations and Engagement Team is responsible for fostering a vibrant community of alumni, nurturing lifelong connections. We support alumni to achieve their goals while encouraging active involvement with the University.

As a valued member of our multidisciplinary division, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in all matters relating to our alumni community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-informed outreach and engagement strategies that build affinity to the University.
  • Design and deliver targeted communications, mentoring programs, and meetings and events in Australia, abroad, and virtually.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, public relations, or writing/editing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
