About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic OSHC Educator to join our team at YMCA Brisbane. As an OSHC Educator, you will be responsible for the care and supervision of primary school children before and after school, as well as during school holiday periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to children in a safe and supportive environment
  • Assist in the development and implementation of engaging and educational programs for children
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a team environment that promotes a culture of respect, inclusivity, and diversity

Requirements

  • Hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor degree in the field of children's services or a related field
  • Have a current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Hold a Positive Notice Blue Card or be willing to obtain one
  • Be able to work a casual schedule, including before and after school hours, and during school holidays
