The Role

We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to join our team in a dynamic and innovative role. As a Radiographer at MQ Health, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic x-ray examinations and producing images across a range of modalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic x-ray examinations and produce images across a range of modalities.
  • Adequately inform patients and respond to questions and concerns about all aspects of imaging procedures to be undertaken or refer them to an appropriate source of further information.
  • Promptly advise the Radiologist or senior medical staff of any patient findings that require immediate clinical attention.
  • Accurately record patient data and reports into the electronic medical record system or other records management systems as required by MQ Health.
  • Provide formal and informal training, supervision, and coaching to undergraduate and graduate radiographers, other health professionals, and the public as required.
