The Senior Accessibility Risk Manager will be responsible for managing vendor relationships with Intopia, Fable, and any other a11y consultants related to auditing, testing, and education. You will liaise in the relevant time zones with critical staff and lead effective conversations with stakeholders across the business.

You will also be expected to coach 1 Senior Accessibility Compliance Analyst who will look after subsidiaries in Europe. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work alongside both technical and non-technical colleagues across all levels of an organization.

The ideal candidate will have a deep nuanced appreciation and understanding of different disability models, universal design, and accessibility-related standards. Previous accessibility auditing experience is also required.
