Expressions of interest are now being accepted for our Cadetship Program, which is suitable for school leavers or individuals looking for a career change.

The Program
This program is a two-year introductory training course that will equip you with the fundamental skills and hands-on experience to develop a long-term operational career in warehouse logistics.

  1. You will obtain a forklift license and learn the key functions of 3PL warehousing, cool room, and airside facilities across several departments within the company, spanning various areas of the supply chain.
  2. Additonal upskilling and training opportunities will be offered, subject to availability.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position within the company.

Job Details

  • This is a full-time opportunity with varied start and finish times, averaging 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
  • This is an onsite position and will be based at one of the company's warehouse locations (further details to be discussed at interview stage).

Eligibility Criteria

  • A passion/interest in the logistics and supply chain industry
  • Current Driver's Licence and own car
  • Reliability – punctual attendance and full participation in all training
  • A willingness to learn and give it a go
  • A Safety-first mindset
  • Basic physical fitness for manual lifting requirements - your role will require some manual handling and you will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
