Christmas Sales Assistant Job

A sales assistant is required to work with customers during the Christmas season. The ideal candidate will be energetic, have a keen interest in joining the company and provide fantastic customer service experiences.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate good attention to detail, show an ability to help with merchandising stock and refreshing displays. They will also need to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves offering professional and personalised service for customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires. This includes completing tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of policies & procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service experiences.
