The opportunity: We have a permanent part-time position available for an operational pharmacist to join our team at Slade Pharmacy Frankston. Our pharmacy provides a wide range of pharmacy products and clinical services including medication dispensing for inpatients and outpatients, post-op recovery, IVF medication and support, and medication supply to Peninsula Health and our mental health facility.

You will be responsible for dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products, creating and providing medication profiles to patients on discharge, counseling hospital patients on discharge medications, developing and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients, supporting patients, carers, and hospital staff through the patient journey, educating and advising staff and patients on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines.
