We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Specialist to join our team in NSW, supporting our dynamic Biosense Webster business. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide expert clinical products and technical assistance to physicians and EP lab staff.

About the Role

">
  • You will assist in the effective use of Biosense Webster's systems and catheter equipment during Cardiac Electrophysiology procedures.
  • You will collaborate with team members and other internal and external partners to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • You will prioritize and respond to requests in a high-stress environment, ensuring seamless delivery of our medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will attend training programs, including co-travel case coverage, to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • You will manage account documentation, compliance training requirements, expense reporting, and company system input.
  • You will perform administrative work, including managing accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and providing technical support.

Requirements

  • You hold a Tertiary education within Medical Science, Biomedical Engineering or related fields.
  • You possess a natural aptitude and passion for technology, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
  • You exhibit an ability to troubleshoot and remain calm under pressure, with a strong attention to detail.
  • You are passionate about working as part of a cohesive team, willing to lend a hand and share the load.
  • You are willing and able to travel up to 40% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally.
