Job Title: Mathematics Department Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mathematics Department Leader to join our school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Senior School Mathematics teachers, driving curriculum development, differentiation and pedagogical leadership, and managing faculty operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of Senior School Mathematics teachers (Years 9 to 12)
  • Drive curriculum development, differentiation and pedagogical leadership
  • Manage faculty operations including budgeting, moderation, WHS and planning
  • Build strong relationships with students, families and colleagues
  • Contribute to whole-school programs including pastoral care and co-curricular life
  • Promote and model the School's values and Christian ethos

What You Need to Know

This is a permanent full-time position, commencing Term 1, 2026. The successful applicant will be employed under the Independent Schools (Teachers) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025. Salary will be determined according to qualifications and years of experience.
