Deliver Strategic Outcomes as a Senior Associate

Play a pivotal role in delivering strategic outcomes for clients as a Senior Associate. This role is part of the Deals Strategy team in Sydney or Melbourne.

About the Role
  • Lead teams of 3–5 consultants on commercial due diligence, exit support, and portfolio company strategy to drive value creation.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery of client requirements to meet their expectations.
  • Facilitate client meetings and present findings that influence major investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with EY-Parthenon and client teams, bringing expertise to guide engagements and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you'll bring your skills and experience to:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to support policy-market navigation and drive value creation.
  • Leverage analytical skills to solve complex problems through quantitative thinking and provide actionable insights.
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients, communicating effectively with senior stakeholders and driving successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • An undergraduate or postgraduate degree with a strong academic record and relevant field of study.
  • 5–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or corporate finance with a proven track record of success.
  • A proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects within budget and timeframes.
