- Solid understanding of business practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain technical details clearly.
- Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Proven track record as a Business Systems Analyst, specializing in system integration.
- Experience in maintaining Systems, as well as CRMs and their associated integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including expertise in Macro and Document Automation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Share Point and successful implementation and support of Learning Management Systems.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage system configurations and vendor upgrades.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilience and drive to thrive in a fast-paced role.
