Job Description

Our team is seeking a skilled and compassionate Practitioner to provide hand therapy services to patients with hand, wrist, and elbow injuries.

The successful applicant will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, designing personalized treatment plans, and implementing targeted therapy techniques to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes.

This is a full-time on-site role at a medical facility located in a scenic area with mountain views. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with hand, wrist, and elbow injuries using specialized therapy techniques.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, design tailored treatment plans, and implement targeted interventions to promote effective recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with relevant certifications and expertise in hand therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
