Completions and Commissioning Management System Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Completions and Commissioning Management System Administrator to join our team in the Pilbara region. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing the completion and commissioning process of our civil resource project.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the Completion and Commissioning Management System (CCMS) to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks and activities.
- Coordinate and administer workflows within the CCMS to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with project personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and build work packs consisting of quality templates and documents in accordance with the project's agreed system breakdown.
- Assist in the delivery of the Project Commissioning Management Plan and provide advice on commissioning planning and procedures for improvement.
- Liaise with project personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to collate information, records, documents, and data necessary to meet the requirements of the CCMS.
- Previous experience in a Completions and Commissioning Management System Administrator position within the non-process infrastructure (NPI) sector.
- Competency with the use of the CCMS software provided by Continuum Edge / Hexagon.
- Excellent planning, coordinating, and relationship skills.
- Advanced Word and Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
