About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to join our team and drive the design, development, and delivery of Treasury technology solutions. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding multiple developer squads across service boundaries, providing expert technical guidance, and overseeing day-to-day technical operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver solutions that intersect with other practices
  • Lead and mentor developers across squads, guiding teams through transformation delivery
  • Take ownership of technical direction, collaborating with architects on end-to-end design, tooling, and patterns

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on technical development and implementation experience in hybrid environments
  • Expertise in providing technical guidance for Treasury system design, development, deployment, and maintenance
  • Proven track record in leading software engineering and/or application support roles, including technical leadership or team lead capacity
