We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture team at AnglicareSA. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- HR Documentation Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including letters, contracts, and position descriptions.
- Meeting Support: Prepare and distribute meeting notifications, agendas, and minutes to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Inquiry Handling: Respond to employee inquiries and triage HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the People Partnering team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our HR systems and processes.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the People Partnering team, including document scanning and filing.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects aimed at enhancing our HR systems and processes, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Employee Engagement: Maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions, ensuring excellent service and support to our employees.
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in providing confidential and high-level administrative support in an HR or similar environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office and various internet applications, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to excellence.
