Disability Support Professional

We are a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. As a Disability Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities
  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping and meal planning
  • Develop important daily skills such as budgeting, social skills and communication
  • Facilitate community connection through socializing and outings
  • Support individuals to maintain a connection to their family, friends and services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for working in disability services and a willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, early mornings, weekends and sleepovers
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including manual handling tasks
  • Commitment to privacy and confidentiality
  • Good computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
