About this role:

This opportunity exists for a professional, driven and successful team member to manage and grow our range of minimally invasive surgical solutions across various surgical specialties in hospitals.

You will apply strategic selling skills and clinical knowledge when engaging with specialists and other key stakeholders within the hospital setting.

Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining strong relationships in assigned hospitals, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, creating effective business plans and strategic selling strategies, implementing and supporting educational programs, and exceeding customers' expectations while growing your business.

About you:

To be considered for this role, you should currently work in a medical-related field or healthcare sales. You must be able to provide clinical solutions and value outcomes for all stakeholders.

Requirements include proven success in a medical-related field or other sales experience, preferred previous experience providing clinical support in an operating theatre setting, curiosity and a passion for learning, ability to retain and articulate complex clinical information, high level of interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully engage with all stakeholders, practical knowledge of the healthcare space, strong business acumen, analytical and organisational skills, and a current Driver's Licence.
