Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Supervise and lead teams to deliver exceptional grounds maintenance services.
  • Hands-on Work: Participate in landscaping, turf, and general grounds maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
  • Mentorship: Foster a positive and productive work environment by mentoring and motivating team members.
  • Client Liaison: Develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively lead and manage teams.
  • WHS Compliance: Sound knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) practices and procedures.
  • Licenses: Current C-class Driver's Licence (MR/HR licence desirable).
  • Certifications: Recent National Police Clearance.
