Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our prestigious academic setting. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality education and care for young children.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work with colleagues to deliver educational programmes aligned with national frameworks and centre philosophy.

  • Implement High-Quality Curriculum: Work with colleagues to develop and implement educational programmes that meet the needs of young children.
  • Document Children's Learning: Contribute to the documentation of children's development under guidance from supportive colleagues.
  • Create Safe and Stimulating Environments: Ensure children's safety while providing engaging learning opportunities that promote agency and choice.
  • Build Positive Relationships: Develop and maintain professional relationships with families and colleagues, sharing information about children's daily activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Hold an approved early childhood educator qualification recognised by ACECQA.
  • Experience working in an approved education and care service.
  • Possess a current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.
  • Be knowledgeable about relevant early childhood frameworks and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Be physically capable of engaging with children aged 0-5 years and meeting their care needs.
