Electrical Energy Business Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to drive business growth in the electrical energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, working with cross-functional teams, and leveraging industry networks to increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, promoting our complete solution portfolio to targeted market segments.
- Develop client strategies for key accounts, ensuring we are a preferred partner of choice.
- Evaluate project opportunities to promote our solutions and services before tender release, improving win rates during sales and tendering stages.
- Understand customer decision-makers and buying preferences to develop winning pursuit strategies.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales & marketing, engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong customer network connections with relevant industry players and decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of Medium/High Voltage switchgear, components, power, and/or distribution transformers.
- Proven track record of successfully winning business via business development/sales skillset.
- Excellent sales and tendering process knowledge and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Professional writing, speaking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
