The Opportunity

Our Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety (EIRS) team in Perth is growing, and we are seeking a talented Senior Associate to join our collegiate, high-performing team. While our preference is for this role to be based in Perth, we are open to considering individuals based in our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane offices.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced partners and undertake a range of work that supports and advises blue-chip clients on employment law, industrial relations, and safety matters. You will be responsible for running matters and supervising junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advice on employment law and industrial relations matters;
  • Support the team's strategic business development initiatives;
  • Provide strategic advice on workforce strategy, enterprise bargaining, and industrial disputes;
  • Maintain a market-leading practice.
