- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Marketing Managers, and Producers to develop motion content across various channels.
- Develop and craft storyboards to translate creative ideas into a sequence of storytelling frames.
- Responsible for post-production tasks, including video editing, color correction, and compositing.
- Maintain, challenge, and iterate on motion styles, guidelines, and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and motion graphics, incorporating new techniques and technologies into our workflow.
- Uphold and enhance our brand's visual identity across multiple channels, while actively driving design evolution.
- Impeccable motion graphics and video editing skills.
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in working in a motion design studio or In-House creative agency.
- An online portfolio showcasing your skills in motion graphics and video editing.
- Software proficiency in industry-standard motion design software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
- A keen eye for detail, a great sense of aesthetics, and the ability to captivate audiences through motion content.
- Experience in 3D motion graphics and AI image/motion generation is a plus.
- Ability to edit music and sound design is a plus.
- A quick learner with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- A deep understanding of market dynamics as a crypto enthusiast is advantageous.
