About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in Frankston & Mornington VIC. As a Registered Nurse in Aged Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to residents, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by medical staff.
- Monitor residents' health status, reporting any changes or concerns to medical staff.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Registered Nurse qualification with current APHRA registration.
- 1-2 years of experience in aged care or related fields.
- Evidence of COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.
- Compliance documents and referees ready to go.
