- Business Performance: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, set targets, and use marketing tools to drive growth.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by coaching the team to deliver outstanding service.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and efficient stock and roster management.
A successful candidate will have previous experience leading a team in a retail or healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strategic relationships with a diverse range of people.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and aftercare. They will also have the ability to work cohesively and productively within a team, while building rapport with customers.
