About the Role

As a Personal Injury Claims Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals recover from physical or psychological injuries and return to work. This position is based in Western Sydney and involves working closely with workers, employers, and healthcare providers to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver face-to-face assistance to workers and employers to support their return-to-work journey
  • Provide workers' compensation advice and guidance to stakeholders
  • Conduct community visits to engage with workers and employers at their workplaces or medical clinics
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, employers, and return-to-work specialists to achieve early and sustainable return-to-work outcomes
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and return-to-work principles, preferably with experience in Allied Health or a related field
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, or Exercise Science are highly desirable
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand the needs of individuals recovering from injury
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for this role
