About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to manage a portfolio of clients across various industries. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, emails, calls, and support tickets, acting as the primary point of contact.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
  • Manage client expectations by delivering high-quality services while ensuring timely project execution, focusing on meeting client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client businesses to effectively communicate value propositions and tailor affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Foster open communication channels with clients to address concerns, provide progress updates, and discuss opportunities for growth.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI and ensure seamless delivery of client projects.

Affiliate Program Strategy:

  • Assist in creating and implementing tailored affiliate marketing strategies to meet client goals and market demands.
  • Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement to optimize client affiliate programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage their expertise and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Rakuten Advertising's tools and technologies to utilize them effectively in client campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a client service or consulting role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring campaign results and setting aggressive quantitative goals.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
