About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Pre-Delivery Technicians/Accessory Fitters to support our newly established Unanderra PDI facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough Pre-delivery inspections on new equipment to ensure correct operation.
  2. Install accessories required by the customer with precision and attention to detail.
  3. Lubricate equipment thoroughly, ensuring all points are lubricated and fluid levels are correct.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to TMHA employees and clients.
  5. Maintain high-quality work standards to meet customer expectations.
  6. Collaborate with the team to improve productivity and quality.
  7. Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of products, procedures, and licensing requirements.
  8. Accurately maintain records of job sheets, timesheets, and administrative components.

Requirements & Skills:

  1. Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic).
  2. Trade assistant experience in an associated industry may be considered.
  3. Forklift Licence & LPG Certificate would be an advantage but not essential.
  4. Previous experience within the forklift industry or similar industry (desired).

Essential Qualities:

  1. Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  2. Knowledge and experience as a Pre-Delivery Technician/Accessory Fitter.
  3. Effective time management skills with the ability to work independently.
  4. Previous experience in a similar role in an associated industry.
  5. Commitment to maintaining safe work practices.
