Our core business facilitates the hiring, selling, servicing and transportation of Elevated Work Platforms including Scissors, Boom Lifts, Telehandlers and Forklifts to the Construction, Material Handling and Mining Sectors.
Sales Growth Specialist OpportunityWe are seeking a competitive, results-driven Sales Growth Specialist with a never-quit attitude to join our team at our St Marys branch on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Support growth within the Access brand by researching potential upcoming projects, prospecting for new clients and sourcing new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, as well as cold and warm lead outbound calling.
- Organise and distribute mailer packs to raise brand awareness throughout the market.
- Prepare customer quotes and provide technical information regarding Access products.
- Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers to increase overall customer value.
- Work alongside our Sales and Operations teams to achieve targeted business goals.
- Experience within the Hire industry or another similar industry would be highly advantageous but is not necessary for the right person.
- Demonstrated capacity to pick up and learn a broad range of technical product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify and create new business opportunities.
- Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritise work.
- Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Estimated salary: AU$70,000 - AU$100,000 per annum.
