Early Childhood Educator

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative early learning programs, work closely with fellow educators and centre manager to build meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Implementing Early Learning Programs: Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: Work closely with our team of educators and centre manager to achieve common goals and provide exceptional care and education.
  • Documenting Children's Progress: Record and share with families the learning and development of their children, ensuring they stay informed and involved in their child's educational journey.

Requirements:

  • Certification: A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
  • Experience: Prior experience in long day-care.
  • Knowledge: Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
