**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the hotel's swimming pool facilities, including testing and adjusting water chemical balance and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Repair and replace faulty equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heaters, to ensure optimal pool performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide excellent guest service and resolve maintenance requests promptly.
  • Assist with daily opening and closing duties, including inspecting and maintaining equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of pool equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
